Polished to Perfection Auto Detailing and Ceramic Coatings

I had an absolutely perfect experience with Polished to Perfection! From the first communication to the last was nothing but clear and outstanding! I had all windows and my windshield done and am incredibly pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to everyone. Perfectly perfect! Thank you so much Polished to Perfection!

The guys over at Polished to Perfection do exactly what their namesake implies. Brought my Tesla Model 3 in to get the windows tinted, and I am more than happy with the results. Brody and Chris came out, talked with me about what level tint I wanted, showed me some samples, addressed any concerns I had, and even let me occupy their office space while they did their thing. Very nice and cool with my strange request (I didn’t get the back windshield tinted for personal reasons) I will say, expect to come with some way to get out of their hair after you drop off your car. They never made me feel like an inconvenience with my decision to hangout, but I can see why it would be less than ideal to have someone just sitting around waiting for their car to be done. They did graciously offered to get me an Uber, but I declined as I didn’t want to inconvenience them. Again, they never complained about me sticking around, and made me feel welcome but I wanted to say you should plan on being picked up/getting any uber.

Amazing experience with polished to Perfection we just had our truck fully detailed in and out and the results were amazing. If you’re In the villages area I highly recommend checking them out. I’m bringing the truck back soon for a full paint correction and some paint protection film for the front.

STAY AWAY. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I brought my vehicle here to protect a brand-new, freshly painted set of fender flares with PPF. Instead of protection, I got a masterclass in incompetence. The "Service" This shop doesn't perform work; they cut corners and pray you don't notice. I had to return to this pathetic excuse for a business four separate times to address their bottom-tier install. Every single time, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. The Accountability (Or lack thereof) Chais and Brodie are experts at one thing: deflecting blame. Rather than taking accountability for the damaged PPF and the subpar application, they had the audacity to try and point the finger at me. They are allergic to refunds and clearly have no pride in their work. The Bottom Line Wasted Time: 4 return trips for a job that should have been done right the first time. Wasted Money: I'm now paying double to fix the mess they left behind. The Alternative: Do yourself a favor and go to Tim's Auto Spa. They are a million times better and actually operate with integrity-the exact reason they stay booked while these people are busy ruining cars. Consider this your final warning: If you actually value your vehicle and your sanity, do not let Chais or Brodie touch your car. They will butcher your investment and then gaslight you about it.

"I had an incredible experience at Polished to Perfection . I went in to get a Level 3 Super Ceramic Sides and Rear glass installed, and they treated me like part of the team, not just another customer. The technician Brodie was meticulous. The installation was so perfect, I can't even tell it's there—no dust, no bubbles, just flawless, crystal-clear protection. Truly, they went above and beyond with their customer service and care. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch, professional service!
