This collision shop is amazing took my vehicle there got it back in a couple of days never ever happened before went and picked it up look like it never been in a accident just top notch work.

The guy I spoke with on the phone about my wife’s car getting was fine at first but took him forever to try to get an estimate. The estimate I got was fine, but when I was told about that outrageous $150 added scheduling fee forget it I have never heard of a thing then when I was asking if he heard anything about the estimate he never got back like he said and got all defensive about it. You can take your $150 scheduling fee and cram it!!!!

Amazing staff! Just plain good people. Was in SC for vac picking up sister from the airport when a driver sped past in the loading zone and ripped the door around on my new Ram. Officer on scene recommend Premier. Had the wrecker take it there. I had no rental insurance and logistically it did not make good sense to return to Florida with out my truck. Felt like if I could manage the repairs close to home would be easier. The staff in the front office agreed. Problem was the driver door wouldn’t close at all. They started discussing some temporary ideas and said “we think we can get that door back around and latched safe to get you home. Immediately three of the men began to work bending and checking several different way and finally got it pinned back shut. These guys demonstrated some serious job knowledge, determination and kindness. I was super bummed about my truck, but somehow this act of kindness by these 3 guys lifted my spirits a bit. After my thanks, I offered them a $100.00 bill. They would not accept it! Need more people in the world like them.

My coworker recommend that I take my vehicle here to get washed and detailed! I had scratches on the outside of the doors and my seats were dirty and needed to be cleaned badly. Because of the great location I was able to drop my jeep off while I go to shop at the mall. Service was done in a timely manner. They even called me to let me know that my jeep was ready! Low price and great customer service!!!

David was very professional. I took my car there to get washed and detailed. Aside from the fact that he was so fast with this service, he made sure I looked over my car before I payed him to see if it was to my satisfaction. I did see a few spots where (due to the lack of light) he missed blending some of the conditioner on my door panels. He very thoroughly and with a good attitude (some people would begrudgingly do this task and let me know how inconvenient it was that I spoke up) buffed the panels a little more. If I need car detailing in the future, I will be bring my car back to David.
