Refined Automotive Franklin: PPF/Window Tint/Ceramic Coating

Andy did a fantastic job on my 2024 Mustang GT. His customer service is outstanding - he patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for ceramic and PPF work!

I had my Cybertruck treated with a PPF wrap and ceramic coating at Refined Automotive, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, Andy provided an exceptional customer experience that made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the paint protection film is outstanding—it's like a nearly invisible shield that gives me complete peace of mind on the road. The self-healing technology is incredible; I no longer have to worry about minor scratches ruining the finish. The ceramic coating has taken the truck's appearance to the next level, giving it a brilliant shine that's as smooth as glass. Not only does it look amazing, but I also know it's protected from environmental hazards like bird droppings and harsh weather. Andy’s attention to detail is second to none. He explained every step, answered all my questions, and delivered on everything he promised. My Cybertruck looks amazing and I know it’s protected for years to come. If you're considering any automotive protection or detailing services, I highly recommend Refined Automotive. They truly care about your vehicle and go above and beyond to ensure top-notch results. Five stars all the way!

Ive been more than pleased with the work Andy and his team have done. He did a full body paint protection film install on my 2021 Chevy trail boss about this time last year. He’s been nothing but great to work with. He’s fixed a few issues that have came up with no problem. He gets me in quick to fix the issue. He did the front windshield on my truck and it looks good. He’s had my truck a total of 4 times, most recently being my own mistake but he had no issues giving my a date to bring it in and do the whole driver side again after it got some over spray on it. Fair on the price even for my mistake. Andy is by far one of the best to work with. He will be the inky one touching any of my vehicles or new vehicles to come.

Entire experience was first class. From initial communications to final delivery, Andy explained and walked me through the entire process. The shop is SUPER clean so I knew they would be meticulous with their work, which they were. Price was best I was quoted and on top of that, my car looks absolutely amazing! Well worth my 45 min drive from Nashville. (Full front wrap with ceramic coat on rest)

Andy and his team did a phenomenal job with my 2023 Yukon Denali with The PPF and ceramic coating !! Andy’s passion for his business shows through in the end product and just talking with him. I would highly recommend him and his team for any detailing, PPF or ceramic coating jobs! They are a pleasure to work with.
