Ricks Reflections Mobile Detailing - Ceramic Coatings

Ethan at Ricks Reflections did an outstanding job with exterior detailing and 3-year ceremic coatings on our red 2017 Tesla Model S and 2018 BMW 430i convertible! We were so impressed that the finishes on both cars literally looked as good as when they were new. Ethan is great to work with and his communication and transparency is second to none. We would highly recommend his services and we would only work with him in the future!

Our old 2016 Jeep looks like it just came off the showroom floor! 🤩🤩 I organized this as an anniversary gift to my husband (theme year was “wax”) and it was a huge hit! This was by far the most thorough car detailing we have ever received. I’ll be booking the rest of our cars with Rick’s Reflections to get them as sparkling clean! Easy to book, reasonably priced (especially for the above-and-beyond level of service…) and they were excellent to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Ethan. Caleb and Tate worked on my trike and my sons car. They did a fantastic job job. VERY well done. Took extra care to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Communication was great. I will absolutely use them again.

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I'd change about my experience. Saw an Ad on Facebook and submitted my info. Ethan texted me with package options and recommendations. Exchanged at least a dozen texts. He always responded QUICKLY with lots of info, answering my MANY questions. I even had to flip-flop my appointment multiple times, and he was very helpful & understanding with that. Two young & very polite workers showed up promptly at the scheduled time and worked diligently for over 4 hours. During that time, someone a bit older/experienced showed up to inspect their work and pointed out several things he wanted them to improve. Which is all perfectly in alignment with my expectations... If you're going to hire a young crew, make sure their work is inspected and training is provided. I settled on the Silver package with interior & exterior detailing. The team did the work in my driveway and moved into my garage for the final steps. I was curious if they were going to skimp on the top roof of the truck, but no... They brought a step platform to stand on so they could reach. I got suckered into the "detailing" expense when I bought this truck at the dealership. I now know it was nothing more than a spray-on sealant that likely took 20 minutes to apply because it was done beading up water after only a few months, which I think is sad for a vehicle that's kept in the garage. Rick's Reflections team used an SB3 ceramic product that has glowing reviews online. And, with the amount of hours the team put into this job, I'm confident I got a true professional ceramic coating that will allow the dust and rain to roll right off for many years. If you don't see an update to this review, then you'll know it lasted. Other than the service... The results are exactly in line with my expectations. I paid a pretty penny, and therefore expected nothing less than amazing results. My two year old truck looks amazing & new again! Very happy! Thanks!

Overall great experience with their mobile detailing, exterior, interior, paint correction ceramic coat interior, exterior and wheels on my 2023 BMW X5. I also use them for quarterly interior and exterior maintenance. Hard to be at the service and quality of work Ethan provides I had put off doing everything for over a year after buying my X5 new. Primarily because most places required me to leave my car with them for a week. When I came across Rick's I was excited they could do everything at my house and in one day. They will come back in a couple weeks to do the secondary wash and check. Overall communication is top notch. Ethan laid out everything in advance and set expectations. Rick's was available and responded quickly. Ethan and Caleb arrived on time, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a great day weather wise for the work they'd complete. It was unseasonably cool, overcast with light rain in the morning. Other than humidity, it was ideal for what they needed. They arrived promptly on time at 8am and explained everything they'd do with the car to get it where I wanted it. I added an interior coating at the time based on their suggestion. The two man team did most of the work inside my garage. They did the interior first, then washed the car, paint correction, coated the interior and exterior. Took the wheels off and completed their coating. They did run out of the interior package I added upon their recommendation, but they explained they'd complete when they do a wash in two weeks. All good and great communication. The car looks great and I'll refrain from driving it much over the next week. I'll also refrain from washing it to let it properly cure. Again an overall very positive experience and exceeds my expectations currently. Appreciate the work that Caleb and Ethan completed. Thank you!
