Springfield Tint Company PPF & Tint & Wrap

Anyone looking into having auto window tinting done should give these folks a shot at demonstrating their customer service and products. From showing all your options and explaining the different tinting options making the decision much easier. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and how the job turned out.

Excellent customer service, I work at a dealership and we send all of our vehicles here, never had any issues. I recently had vinyl applied to my personal vehicle and they did an outstanding job. 10/10

I bought a new Telluride from Reliable Kia. I asked my salesman who they would recommend to wrap the front end. They had my vehicle 3 full days. When I picked it up I pointed out some imperfections. They said they would disappear in the drying process. And to give it a week before I washed it. Almost immediately the film started coming off from underneath my bumper on both sides. Besides that, I had several bubbles on the hood and on the tops of my fenders. I just picked it up after leaving it for another day. They cut out the bubbles etc and left bare painted metal exposed. Covering the paint was the whole idea to prevent chips. When I brought this up with the manager /owner she said that was normal and that they couldn't do anything about it. When I pointed out they did it over on one side but not the other. She said the film wouldn't stick so they had to remove it. She also said I should have waited 30 days to wash even though she had told me seven and I waited eight. Before it was all over she offered to redo one of the fenders for 800 bucks. I said you've got to be kidding me. I wouldn't have come here if I'd expected this kind of unprofessional workmanship. She said that's as good a job as anybody does in town. I told her I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her and that's the truth. Really nice until it comes down to the quality of the job and then it's all on you. She accepted no responsibility for the quality of the workmanship. Basically just blamed the way my car was made in the front and that it was so difficult. Needless to say, I couldn't say a good word about these people because if you do work you should stand behind it. Anyway that's the way I was brought up and that's the way I did business for 40 years. But in the Springfield Tint universe you get what you get. If it's unsatisfactory then it's unsatisfactory. That's why you pay the full amount up front so you have no recourse.

The tint job they did on my car is flawless. I would highly recommend these folks. I will be brining in my wife’s car next.
