I put in a service request for 4 new tires on my wife’s car and got an appoint for Sept 17th. After seeing pictures of my tires they told me they could actually get me in same day- great! I took off work for the rest of the day to get this done. I arrive at the Service Center and not only do they not have the tires I purchased, they don’t have ANY tires in stock that fit a model 3. I was informed I had to make the drive back home on the same tires and wasn’t offered any other resolution other than “the discount place down the street” 2 minutes of due diligence would’ve saved a great deal of time and risk. If you’re going to offer something then be able to hold up your end and if you can’t, offer an actual resolution. This Tesla service center will play with your time, money and life

I typically go to Tesla near northlake, but this location is more personable. I Came in for a maintenance repair and Chandler S gave exceptional service , communicated thoroughly what my repairs were going to be and the price break down , he even helped me schedule more maintenance. Bought used from them. Didn’t realize till later once I got back home that they sold the car with illegal tires and now I’m stuck with an unsafe to drive car 3 hours away from a service center. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in service on the phone to even confirm this problem can get handled before towing it all the way back. Update - They informed me it is my problem and I will have to purchase new tires myself. They even blamed me for not lifting the car and checking every inch of the tires.

I reached out to Tesla was given an appointment with Gage. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle features and options. I appreciate the opportunity to take the demo on a drive and having an opportunity to see if it was a good fit. Due to my budget, I settled on a 2023 model Y. The staff and team are awesome at this location. Highly recommended team and location!
