If I could put more than 5 stars I would, this collision center took amazing care of me and my vehicle. Patrick was a great help sorting everything out for me and taking time to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, they made my vehicle look brand new to the point where I don’t want to drive it to keep it safe. Thank you to everyone there at the Lenexa Collision center you all were great!! (Ps it’s the same car I just wrapped the trim and got new wheels)

The Tesla Collision Center employees are VERY professional and polite. Kayla and Jed are the absolute best! Kayla was the coordinator and she got in my fast and quick. I even had to go back a second time and she didn’t fail me there! Jed was my technician; he worked on the car and also charged it over the weekend for me as I could not get to it until Monday. He saved me so much stress and time! Thank you Kayla and Jed! And thank you Tesla Collision Center for taking care of me and my sweet, sweet car 🩵

I recently took my Tesla Model 3 Long Range here to have the front fender replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Initially, I was quoted a timeline of about one to two weeks over the phone. However, after reviewing the car with Patrick, he noted that it appeared to be a straightforward cosmetic fix. While he was careful not to make any official promises on an accelerated timeline, he certainly delivered. The team replaced the fender and several additional parts with incredible speed. To top it off, they even detailed the vehicle, leaving it looking practically brand new when I picked it up. Huge thank you to Patrick and the wonderful staff at the front desk for the amazing communication and efficiency. I highly recommend this location for any Tesla repairs!

From the technician to the front desk to the manager, a class act, extremely well run, and a pleasure to work with. I had an issue with a repair, they took care it and took responsibility, when they probably could’ve gotten out of it. Excellent customer service and integrity, it makes me want to never own anything else but a Tesla.

The tailgate was replaced due to a rear-end collision. After 3weeks I pick it up on August 20th. And on August 21, I had the tailgate adjusted, but the gap on the right side where the tailgate opens and closes is still too wide, causing loud wind noise from the rear at high speeds. It appears that the assembly itself was done incorrectly. In addition, I also found paint defects. The right side also does not align with the roof glass in height. Is a gap of nearly 9 mm considered normal? A gap wide enough for a finger to fit in does not seem normal. I really don’t think it is acceptable to receive the repair in this condition. The technician in charge said it cannot be adjusted. Please do not get your repair done here.
