Tesla Corpus Christi

Our experience with Tesla was horrible! We scheduled an appointment with Matt, but Jerry was the one who ended up helping us. Matt focused on a man in business attire who was driving a Jeep, while we went in dressed casually, and he ignored us and pushed us aside and didn’t even acknowledge us. When we left in our Porsche, that’s when Matt decided to come running after us. Lesson of the day: Don’t judge a book by its cover. PS We were going to buy a Tesla with cash.

I went in for a test drive at Tesla and had a really great experience. The two girls who helped me were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything about the vehicle I was interested in, and when I drove it, it honestly exceeded my expectations. After the test drive, my dad wanted to see more options because he liked it so much, especially the Cybertruck we tried. They took their time showing him the interiors, accessories, and explained the payment options and charging in a very clear way. The attention and service were excellent from start to finish. I believe one of them was named Valerie.

Great service appt visit. Maddie was very helpful and went above and beyond with addressing a issue I had with my AC. Micheal was also very friendly and told me about all the deals going on with Tesla while I waited for a short time. I am very happy when I am greeted with a friendly staff and feel like they truly want to help me. Good job Tesla Corpus Christi 👏

Booked a service appointment for my Model 3 to replace the low voltage battery. They had same-day availability and the entire appointment from check-in to check-out was under an hour. The entire was staff was highly friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I was impressed with the entire experience of my visit. The ease and speed of my introduction was great! I took a test drive using the self driving function. I was extremely impressed with the ability of the car to pull into heavy traffic on the freeway. It park perfectly in the first available spot closest to the door. This is the future
