Tesla’s service department gave me an awesome experience. Tommy was a super cool dude who made everything easy, clearly explained all the details, and genuinely went above and beyond. That kind of service makes a huge difference. The waiting area was really comfortable too, and I had fun checking out and taking videos of the showcase vehicles. Absolute sexy machines. 😮‍💨⚡ They also put me in a Model S loaner, and man… that car is incredible. Smooth, fast, and ridiculously fun to drive. It is officially at the top of my list for my next Tesla. Great people, great service, and an all-around great experience. The staff is kind. The experience overall was easy and the highlight of course is the new ride. I highly recommend going into the Galleria and talking with the staff if you’re new to Tesla or just in the market of looking for a new one. They are always willing to help even after the delivery of your vehicle. Top tier service.

This Tesla Service center is outstanding. They helped us with a test drive of a 2026 Tesla Model Y Premium. We had a manufacturing issue with the driver’s side window. I processed a service request and received a reply requesting photos and video of the window issue. Arturo within minutes responded that the issue could be corrected with a thirty minute service. I showed up the next day and the issue was resolved. Great center from the Sales side and Service side. Helping with issues is a major part to a company. Tesla El Paso is proof. Their service is outstanding.

Tesla El Paso offers the best customer experience of any car dealership I’ve visited. But other than that it was smooth. 100% recommend Tesla one the best vehicle on the road. the car has full self driving “ supervised” and other vehicle don’t have the features like Tesla.
