Tesla Grand Rapids

They have historically had a hard time getting repairs correct with me. I’ve spent 3 warranty covered revisits for the same issue. And spent over 40 hours waiting on them in person to get my repair done correctly. The only thing preventing this from being a one star review is the fact they haven’t charged me for warranty repairs(when they did a repair for you, yet the issue wasn’t fixed/ if they made a new issue by fixing another, which was the case for me)

After being told by a Tesla technician that they would cover a warranty issue that was very common with the Model Y. The rear trunk latch catches from factory problem causing the gate to pull to the right and make the gate rub against the taillight. That also causes a gap on the drivers side. They told me that they would not do anything for me because my warranty expired 3 days before the call. They said, if you would've called the same day as the tech, they might have done something. I thought Tesla had good customer service until this. I used to tell people, I wouldn't buy any other Manufacturer but now I'll just spread the truth about customer service. SAD

A couple of things - picking up my car when new was an amazing experience. Simple, efficient, and new. Service - I live pretty far away from Grand Rapids - 2+ hours away. I took my car in for warranty service recently. The repairs were delayed due to uncontrollable/unforeseeable issues. The service team went above and beyond getting my vehicle service completed and returned to me. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service and communication. I appreciate you all.

I’m not happy with my experience I came to pick up a 6 seat model X and I drove all the way from Lansing to Grand Rapids just to find out it was a 5 seater. I specifically requested the 6 seater and was told that what I was getting that. I have children and was expecting to drive that overnight like I was told. The representative did not care he chose to ignore my concern to help another customer that walked through. I was there first and I am a customer as well. I definitely won’t be buying a Tesla from him and he did a bad job at representing Tesla.

I really love the new Model Y we bought a year ago. This Model y w/ Third Row Package has improved us on the road through out the states. Tesla, you have finally succeeded during this mission!
