we drove from Oklahoma to pick up my new car & halfway there got a call the car had been delayed 🥲 it said it had arrived via the app when we got there so we went in. Jayden I believe pulled some strings & we are so thankful! Instead of being 28 hours delayed we were only 4. Super duper thankful! 💓

⭐☆☆☆☆ I was excited to lease a Tesla Model 3 All-Wheel Drive, but the online leasing experience was very disappointing. After completing the application, I was quoted approximately $7,000 due at delivery and around $600 per month for a 36-month, 10,000-mile-per-year lease. The pricing was much higher than expected, and there was not enough transparency explaining how the final numbers were calculated. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with on the phone was rude and not helpful when I asked questions about the pricing. For such a major financial decision, customers deserve clear information and respectful customer service. Tesla makes great vehicles, but this experience made me reconsider moving forward with another vehicle.

I had an awesome delivery day experience at Tesla Kansas City! From the moment I arrived, the support staff welcomed me with warm greetings and bright smiles, which made the experience even more exciting. My vehicle was in perfect condition at delivery, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. After I accepted delivery, the team was patient and helpful in answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle. Since bringing it home, the car has been running like a champ, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you to the entire Tesla Kansas City team for providing such a positive and memorable delivery experience!

First time Tesla buyer. I’m in love with this vehicle. It’s amazing in every way. The wife seemed skeptical about it at first but appears to have the same feelings about the vehicle and FSD. The main reason this review is not 5 is for 2 things. You call the KC phone number, nobody answers. Well, you may get someone 1 in 20 attempts. And the second thing, delivery day….frustrating to say the least. Not enough Employees to assist the vast amount of people that were there to get their vehicles. You would think Tesla would have a nice, quick process on how to get people in and out on delivery day but based off my one experience, it is severely lacking. Don’t get me wrong, staff was still pleasant to work with and answered questions even though they were running around like crazy trying to appease everyone else and getting cars ready. With all that said, I don’t think I’ll go back to a gas car. The quiet ride, tech, FSD, etc. all top notch and only going to get better and better.

After owning my car for a year and a half, I had my first service experience with my Tesla yesterday, and honestly it was one of the easiest and most impressive vehicle service experiences I have ever had. Earlier in the day I started getting alerts that my 12V battery was failing. The car warned that if I stopped the vehicle it might not restart, which is definitely a nerve-wracking message to see when you have places to be. I immediately tried to schedule service through the app, but there were no mobile technicians available and the next appointment at the Kansas City service center was about a month out. I was stressing because my daughter has an important trip this week and I rely on the car. After reading reviews about replacement batteries, it sounded like using Tesla was the best route since many third-party batteries are lower quality and can trigger additional error messages. I decided to call Tesla to see what my options were. To my surprise, they simply told me to bring the car in and said they could probably have it done in about 20 minutes. When I arrived, the process was unbelievably simple. You literally just drive into the service bay. I initially parked and walked in, but they told me to just drive straight into the garage. All they needed was my phone number. From there everything was handled through the Tesla app. I didn’t need to wait at a desk or fill out paperwork. I would just get a notification when the car was ready, pay in the app, and leave. Even the service center itself felt completely different from any auto shop I’ve ever been in. It was bright, spotless, and quiet. No oil stains, no exhaust fumes, no heavy shop smell. It genuinely felt like stepping into a different kind of automotive world. They initially expected the battery replacement to take about 10–20 minutes, but after a short time a technician came out and explained they wanted to check a connector just to be safe. They asked if they could keep the car briefly to run diagnostics, which normally would cost around $200. Even while sitting in the waiting room for 20ish minutes, peeking in the car that sat on the showroom floor, we were never approached by any high pressure sales people. Since the car needed to stay for a bit, they set me up with a loaner vehicle, a newer Model Y. That process was just as seamless. They added the vehicle to my Tesla app remotely, and I simply got in and drove away. All of my driver settings were already there. My seat and mirrors adjusted automatically, my profiles loaded, and even my apps were signed in. It felt like I was driving my own car. We went to grab something to eat while they worked on it, and less than 30 minutes later I received a notification that everything was finished. The diagnostics showed no deeper issue after all. They had just been thorough. They replaced the battery, cleared the alerts, and the car was ready to go. The best part was that they didn’t charge us for the diagnostic testing since nothing was found. We only paid for the battery replacement, which was about $170, all handled through the app. We had actually arrived around 4:30 in the afternoon, only about 30 minutes before they closed, and the team still stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of so we could drive home without worrying about the car. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, transparent, and incredibly customer-focused. What started as a stressful warning message turned into a genuinely great service experience. Huge appreciation to the Tesla service team for making it so easy. Owning a Tesla really does feel like stepping into the future.
