Tesla Madison

I was visiting from out of state when my windshield cracked on a Saturday. The service center was closed, but the sales staff graciously took down my info and provided me a loaner car to drive until they were able to make my repair. First thing when the service center opened Monday, they contacted me and had prioritized my repair to be made right away. It was finished within 3 hours and I was able to complete my trip! I’m so appreciative for the quick turnaround since it’s very stressful to have to make repairs while traveling far from home. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. It’s reassuring to know there’s a reliable place to take my vehicle if I ever need to when I’m back in the area.

Bryan was absolutely great to deal with. He talked me through the whole process and helped me figure out what would work best for what I was looking for. I ended up not buying a Tesla, but that definitely had nothing to do with Bryan — he did everything he could to help me throughout the process. I honestly wish more salespeople worked like him.

Everyone at this Tesla dealership is amazing. I especially want to thank Jack, who helped me the most, he was great. The service team is also incredibly efficient, fast, and friendly. I had a really good experience overall.

Service team is incredible! I purchased a Tesla in Illinois over a year ago. Which there were a few minor issues with the Illinois dealership, the Madison service team took full responsibility in fixing all the issues, free of charge! A minor dent on the left side, old air filter, minor air bag display issue. And the service team took care of it in a few hours, and my Tesla was as good as new.

Extremely friendly staff and extremely helpful. I couldn't believe that they allowed us to take the car for a test drive without a salesman. Also someone inside I don't remember his name and he didn't work there the second time I arrived suggested I not purchased the 2022 Model Y but instead go for a mid-year 2023 Model Y at the time I didn't realize why. Oh I know so much why I did I did buy a 2023 MYP with AI4 that's the same processor that's in the new ones. I have attached images of the Tesla I did purchase unfortunately Tesla didn't have the exact one I wanted so I had to find it elsewhere, it's still a Tesla Model Y Performance!!
