Tesla Miami Design District

I visited the showroom at this Tesla location & was promptly greeted with a smile by Abimael B. (aka “Abi”). His demeanor was pleasant, warm, & inviting. I had a few question about several models which he happily answered. He has a way with people that makes you feel very comfortable. No pressure. He also asked a few questions as to what I was looking for & what was important for me. Kudos…Tesla definitely needs more Abi’s 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Christine, was super friendly. Did a thorough walk through of the car and its features. She will tell you the exact car you’re looking for based on the type of features your looking for. She’ll also tells you amazing tips on when to buy a Tesla. She will also talk about her experience with her Tesla which i also find helpful bc it give people a sense of what other people feel about the car. Would 💯 recommend her if your looking for your next Tesla or just near the area !

We recently attended a Model 3 Performance Demo Drive Experience, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Although we weren’t driving ourselves, Rebecca did an amazing job showcasing the car, explaining its features, and giving us a real feel for what the Model 3 Performance has to offer. Rebecca was honestly outstanding. She was welcoming, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Her customer service was exceptional, and her enthusiasm for Tesla really made the experience enjoyable and memorable. She is a real credit to the Tesla team, and thanks to her, we left with an even greater appreciation for the brand. Thank you, Rebecca, for such a wonderful experience, we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the Model 3 Performance.

Had a great experience purchasing my Tesla here thanks to Christopher. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process—walking me through financing, trade-in options, and making sure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was his communication—he kept me consistently updated via text and phone, which made the whole experience easier. Really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend working with him.

Really nice showroom, in the heart of the Design District. Has every model on display. Staff is attentive & friendly. They said that the robot will be available in 2027.
