I am so grateful that we have an awesome Tesla service center near us. It's service has been excellent! The advisors and mechanics were friendly and competent especially Steffon Anderson, Carlos, Jayson, and Rafael Mage. Thanks guys for awesome service and keep up the good work.

Picked up my Model Y at this location today! Go see Josh! He was awesome! From the test drive to delivery day, he was most patient, helpful, and answered every question I had. 🥰

Bought a brand new Tesla Model Y and noticed multiple chips in the windshield the day I took delivery. I reported it within 30 days. Waited a week for the first service appointment, then another 2 weeks for them to “order” the windshield. Drove 45 minutes each way (90+ minutes round trip + wasted time sitting there) TWICE. First time they ordered the glass. Second time they refused to install it. Service told me it’s “just cosmetic” even though they acknowledge the fact that there are multiple chips in the windshield. Then they said they needed pictures, but the windshield was covered in bugs so they couldn’t see anything.. Now my wiper blades are completely tore up from slicing into all the chips. Nate the sales manager pulled up a delivery photo showing one of the chips before I even drove it off the lot. Looked me dead in the eyes and said he wasn’t going to do anything about it. They took my key card and never gave it back. I also pay Tesla $16 a month for their windshield protection plan and they still refuse to honor it. Complete joke of a service center. Zero accountability, zero customer care. They don’t give a damn about new owners. Stay far away from the Norfolk location if you value your time and money. Buy somewhere else.

This has been one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Lucas has been fantastic from the start, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. No pressure, no sales tactics, just clear answers and great communication. He made the whole process simple and stress free. The dealership has been just as smooth and well run, but Lucas is what really made the difference. I am still waiting on delivery, but so far everything has been top notch. Highly recommend working with him.

Great friendly fast service! At 114k miles, my 2018 m3p stopped working at superchargers. I'm an hour away and they gave me a awesome cybertruck for the entire day even though it only took 2 hours to fix. $600 repair after 114k miles isn't too bad👍
