Tesla Salt Lake City

I am only giving 4 stars because my Tesla buying experience was far from ideal due to the shortage of car buying options at the time, and the repeated lack of communication from the Pleasant Grove dealership that I had to deal with to take delivery of the car. The Pleasant Grove team was the least professional of any group I've dealt with in a long time. The only reason for any stars at all is due to Ethan, who was spectacular from start to finish. He was my first contact at Tesla and could answer every question I posed. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he was professional and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. To this day, whenever I have questions or concerns he continues to offer great customer service even though I have already bought the car and he has nothing to gain. Ethan is the kind of employee Tesla should promote to leadership to set an example to other employees so customers don't have to experience what I did at the Pleasant Grove dealership.

We’re so impressed with this location. The staff, particularly Ethan, are friendly and helpful. Ethan recognized us two weeks after our first visit and met us before we even got to the door. He spent ample time helping my mom understand her options and how to understand the technology and how to drive it. He was so great to work with. Then we went to pick it up in PG and that store is pure crap. They were very rude and made my mom consider canceling her order all together. Same thing happened with my husband which just makes the outstanding quality of this location stand out even more!

I initially inquired a few months ago (I think) about trading in my 2010 Lexus ES350 for a Tesla model 3. I received a message from Ethan who wanted to assist me with any questions I had. I let him know I was still in the saving process, and was just getting an idea. He supported that fully, and let me know he'd check back in. He ended up checking in about a month and some weeks later, and I had some questions for him. Of course, I waited because I wasn't ready to buy yet. One morning this week I woke up and impulse purchased my Model 3 and the liners for the floor! I texted Ethan and thanked him because I honestly wouldn't have gotten the vehicle when I did, had he not answered my questions to the extent he did. Absolutely a thorough and solid human. I'm hoping one of his supervisors contacts me, so I can follow up and boast about how grateful I am to have had someone as chill and inviting as him. Thank you Ethan!!! I don't know you but I kind of love you man

I have our Model Y, 7-seater ordered but decided to take my son and husband to go test drive the Model Y AWD. It was an amazing experience! Noe helped us with our demo. He was so great! Seriously top notch customer service! He took the time to go through all the new features on the Model Y and answer all of our questions. We experienced the self driving and it was a blast. I was trying to surprise my 12 year old son with the new purchase and tried to find an opportunity to let Noe in on the surprise but my 12 year old was right there the whole time. When we got back from our test drive, he mentioned that he looked at our account and saw that we had ordered one. I panic and signaled that it was a surprise. He felt terrible. It was totally our fault though and I wanted to let him know that he’s amazing at his job and Tesla is lucky to have him representing them.

Went in to purchase a Model 3 Performance. What an amazing buying experience! Unlike anything else! The sales guy was very nice and easy to deal with. Was there less than 30 minutes! Left the dealership and completed the purchase on my phone. The car was in PG, so after I completed the steps in the Tesla app, I picked my delivery day. Blown away at how easy it was! And I love my new car 😁
