The MADD Tinter Nashville - XPEL Ceramic Tint & Paint Protection Film

If I could do 6 stars (or more), I absolutely would! Rob was absolutely amazing. He took the time to really talk to me about the work on my car. We emailed, spoke on the phone, and met in person -- all before I committed to having any work done. He took the time to explain everything to me make the right decisions for me and my project -- and with absolutely no pressure. He made me feel like I was his only and most important client and that my project was his passion project. When I picked up my vehicle, he assured me that if there were any issues at all, that he would address and remedy them -- and I have no doubt that this is 100% truthful. Additionally, he drove me to and picked me up from the car rental without a second thought. Truly, Rob is an honest and kind human who is passionate about his work. And amatter of his craft -- my Bronco looks amazing!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat!

Where to start? My car had black overspray (tiny specs) all over it. I was parked at the wrong place at the wrong time (see some before pics of what I mean). I reached out to Rob and explained my situation. He asked that I bring it in to determine if he could detail it. He determined there was going to be a way to detail it and replace the PPF on my car and gave me a quote. The responsible party dragged their feet and I kept going back and forth with them. Finally after two months, they agreed to pay for the necessary detailing. I reached back out to Rob so he could get me in quickly as I didn’t want the responsible party to back out again. Rob was very patient and worked through all the details with me as I tried to get all the appropriate info to him of the responsible party. Rob got me in quickly and took his time to make sure my car looked brand new again. All the black specs were gone on my unprotected car and the old PPF was replaced with new XPEL. Truly was amazed with what he was able to accomplish. My car is showroom ready (see after pics)! Thank you again Rob for working miracles!

Recently got my windows tinted and the whole experience was exceptional. I must have called 10 different shops but after speaking with Rob, it was clear that this was the place to go. Nothing against the other businesses, it’s just that Rob was so helpful, informative, and transparent. I am so happy with the way my tint came out and I could not give him a stronger recommendation.

Rob was great. He made suggestions to make the decision easy. The car was delivered on time and in much better condition than when I dropped it off! He even cleaned it. Will be recommending Rob to anyone I know looking to get tint or protective film

Excellent service. Have had numerous cars done here. Everyone of them have been professionally done. Windows tinting to paint protection. Thanks for the great experience. I would definitely recommend Madd Tinter to anyone needing to tinting or paint protection for your car or motorcycle.
