I couldn’t be happier with the work Thompson’s Auto Detail Shop in Olympia did on my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder! They did a cut and polish followed by a ceramic coating, and the results were absolutely amazing. They brought the paint and the entire vehicle back to life—it looks better than it has in a long time! The attention to detail and quality of the work really stood out. Amazing Experience. They went above and beyond for my subaru! Complete interior detail was astounding, equivalent to buying a new car. If you have rough stains, but are looking for a place that knows how to get rid of them that also allows affordable payment pricing, Call them. ​I brought my car here for a partial liquid PPF wrap and coating. While the end result in terms of shine was impressive, the overall experience was frustrating and ultimately fell short of expectations. ​There were several issues that made the process difficult. Despite coordinating my pickup time days in advance, no one was available to process my payment when I arrived, which resulted in me being late for work. After leaving, I noticed alot of dried white powder around the edges of the car and door panels, windows and mirrors. ​I returned two weeks later for a scheduled check-up to have this residue cleaned. After washing the car, a staff member suggested I use my jacket to wipe off water drips to prevent spots. I followed this advice, but it unfortunately caused swirl marks on the paint, exactly the issue I was trying to avoid by bringing it to a professional. To make matters worse, the technician failed to remove all of the white powder residue during this follow-up, and spots remain on the door panels and mirrors, the cleanung felt it was rushed. ​While the car looks great at a glance and the team seems technically capable, it felt like the vehicle was not ready for pickup, and the lack of attention to detail regarding the cleaning process felt rushed and was disappointing. I regret taking the advice to use a non-microfiber cloth, and I will be looking elsewhere for my future exterior detailing needs. The pictures I've attached are after the 2 week check-up.

I sought out Thompsons Auto Detailing because I previously took my Jeep to another Detailer and after having it just a few hours they said it can’t be cleaned. The Jeep WAS filthy from the previous owner (inherited), smelled of cigarette smoke from years of ‘hotboxing’, and after letting it sit all winter it had become Completely covered in mold. The dash, seats, steering wheel, and even inside the vents. Unreal (sorry no before photo) I was a little embarrassed and overwhelmed. After a week with Thompsons, they used an ozone machine, vacuumed everything, scrubbed all the sticky gunk, “painted” the trim? They even found a puddle of water under the jack. It looks absolutely beautiful! I’m blown away! I had doubts since I was lead to believe the Jeep was more of a loss than something worth salvaging. My car was definitely not “detailed”. They did clean a lot of mud off my mats and debris on my back seats from moving. There were still shoe marks on the door panels, dirty LED screen, muddy handprint, damage to my carpeting, pine needles and other dirt on the floor and seats. My felt is missing from my center console. Mud still on the mats and gas and brake pedals. I’m so disappointed after spending $328 dollars on an interior “detail”. I spent three hours this morning doing a proper “detail” on my car. It is a small Lexus 250 UX. So many more negative things I found but just supervise your cleaning and check the work outside in the sunlight not in the dark garage, or go someplace else.
