Tolbert Auto Spa formerly Divergent Elite Detailing | Paint Protection Film (PPF) - Ceramic Coating - Window Tint

Divergent did outstanding work on my Lexus RC 350, it looks amazing! My friends can't tell the entire front of car have PPF and the ceramic coating gives the car a glass-like finish. No paint swirls, just perfect. Thanks to Tim and the whole Divergent team!

So let me start off by saying this has been one of the most pleasant , professional and efficient experiences that I have ever encountered . But let’s go back further . It all started when the dealership I purchased my brand new car from with only 3 miles on it was SCRATCHED and left with swirl marks by the detail team at the Honda dealer . I immediately called Divergent after seeing their awesome work on social media (instagram ) and a friend’s truck they worked on after telling her all about their instagram page. I spoke to a pleasant wonderful lady name Beverly . She immediately went to work on giving me a quote via email and we worked on setting up a time on bringing the vehicle in for a polish with paint correction and ceramic coating to correct the damages done by the dealership . She kept me informed about my car the whole time from start to finish . My car was ready before the time she originally gave me and when I arrived to pick up my car , in comes Tim (owner, Beverly is his wife ) who walked me to my car after greeting me with a warm friendly introduction. The facility was immaculate and I thank him and his wife for their prompt response to what felt like a high anxiety moment during my new car buying experience that now felt great again . Divergent feels like family to me now . I recommend them to anyone for all car paint protection and correction needs . I will be a returning customer for sure . Mark my words . Thank you all again

I love the owners, but the detail on my truck was subpar. All of the plastic on my truck has white spots on it. They’ve fixed it twice already and it’s doing it again. I’ve paid less and got an amazing vehicle back. Update-I think if my new vehicle was that damaged upon arrival I should have been notified. I wasn't told anything until after I was not satisfied. That's what made the experience so disheartening. At this point it is what it is...just don't waste the money unless you pick the most expensive package. You will not be happy otherwise.

Thank you Tim and the whole Divergent Elite Team. Extremely happy with the work done on my Mercedes, looks way better than the showroom pickup version from when I first purchased it. You guys are top notch very professional and knowledgeable about what services you offer. I will definitely be back for yearly maintenance wash touch ups when I need that professional service! Thanks again!

Came across Divergent Elite Detailing via a Google search and I am glad I did. Was preparing to sell our 2007 Santa Fe and wanted to get it looking it's best. All I can say is WOW!! This place worked wonders and were great people to work with. After picking up the vehicle on a Monday afternoon, I listed it for sale that evening, someone called within 2hrs of me listing and they purchased the vehicle Tuesday afternoon. I sold it in less than 24hrs and for full asking price. Thank you Tim & The Divergent Detailing crew for a SUPERB JOB!!
