A-1 Auto Electric

I'm incredibly particular about my mechanics as my father used to be my mechanic and he set the bar really high for me. I've felt disappointed with every mechanic until A-1 Auto Electric. Darryl was so kind to us, worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle (it was a headache and a half!), and fixed it beautifully! I could not be happier with the service my car received, or with the customer service we received. I've finally found a place I can proudly call my mechanic shop. Thank you soooo much to Darryl and A-1 Auto Electric!!

Phenomenal work BAR CAP repair — saved my truck. Took my 2000 F-150 in for a smog failure (EVAP, O2, wiring issues). They diagnosed everything correctly and handled the BAR CAP government process well. Total repair was about $1,400 and I only paid ~$300. They replaced O2 sensors, fixed EVAP lines, repaired wiring, and replaced the camshaft sensor. The truck passed smog with all monitors ready and no check engine light for the first time in years. They also found and fixed a blown fuse/short that brought my AC back to life, which wasn’t even part of the original complaint. Truck runs noticeably better now—smoother idle and throttle. Work was done right and the results speak for themselves. They even fixed my hood struts I’ve never been happier in my life I’ve spent so much time and money and I’m glad I finally got it fixed right.

Great shop. They have been working on our cars and we have been treated faily. Highly recommend them. They complete the work in a timely manner

They did such a good job! And Daryl is absolutely the best! We have a handicap van that my son relies on, and the check engine light kept coming on. It was so frustrating and we couldn’t figure out what it was, but they checked it out, found the problem and fixed it! To say I’m relieved is an understatement. Without that van my son loses his freedom to go places. So grateful to Daryl and A1! Highly recommend!

Overall, immaculate parts. My only issue will be the lack of staff. Noticed sometimes it’s difficult to get a hold of someone. When I did, I always got what I needed and never had to return any product. Customer since 2019
