I had FOUR people look at this before I brought my car to A&D for an intermittent no-crank issue: AAA, a mobile mechanic, and two different shops. Kept getting different answers, from a bad battery, to bad terminals, to a bad wire. Fixed what I was told to fix, and it kept happening. Finally brought it here, and I cannot thank Andy enough for finally tracking the problem and getting it taken care of for me! Car is running great now!

These guys actually troubleshoot instead of guessing or waiting for a warning light to stay on. They are willing to use true process of elimination diagnostics and chase problems step by step, which is something most dealerships simply will not do. This is honest electrical problem solving by people who understand vehicle systems, not just scan tools. If your issue is strange, intermittent, or driving you crazy, this place is absolutely worth your time. Price is right too!

I definitely reccomemd this business for all of your cars electrical needs. My grandson had his car in the shop to trace a potential short in the transmission relay system. Andy was able to trace the short and rewire the wiring. Problem solved. Thak you Andy.

They took much longer then expected initially but was ok with it. had to take my car back multiple times to re check their own work. Noise wasn't present prior to work and they said they fixed it. Took it to dealer and they fix the noise. Tried to inform the owner and does not take feedback from customers very well. Gave a call prior to this post and still doesn't get it. Will not be back and rather drive further or pay more for better customer service. Shame. Now the only reason I have a Yelp account ever in my life.
