I have used AA many times, I trust them to get it done and done very well.

Solved the battery/starter issue with my truck, and took the time to explain what the issues were. Also, got my a/c running on the 1988 F150. Thank you!

I took my car to AA Auto Electric so they could figure out what was draining my battery. My issue is my car left the shop worse than it did before bringing it there. When I picked up my car my power windows and moonroof no longer worked. I called the owner while at the shop (it was after hours) and told them these feature no longer worked, he told me they didn't work when I dropped of my car off, which was a lie. In addition, my rear defrost stopped working, the delayed timer for my front headlights stopped working and whenever I open my rear doors the headlights and inside lights flicker for about 3 mins. I called the owner later that same day after sending him a video of what was happening, he told me to just open and close the door and it would stop. Needless to say that didn't work. I was charged $998 for 5.25 hours of electrical work only for my car to be worse. If you want your car to turn out worse then before feel free to visit this shop!

I've used these guys twice. The first time took quite a while and the price was more than expected, but it was a couple of years ago and quite honestly I forgot how it felt to wait a few weeks and get overcharged; unfortunately, I remember now. So, I took my 18 year old BMW X3 in because it has a phantom electrical drain and I don't do electrical stuff. I get there and they're busy and that's good because busy means they know what they're doing. I dropped the X3 off on 10/18. My fault that I didn't get a quote on how much it would be or set a limit on labor since the X3 is only worth about 2K. Sadly, I couldn't get an estimate because they didn't know when the phantom drain would strike, so I just had to wait. So 6 weeks later (after calling once per week), I call and James says they found the problem, two spots under the dash that were corroded. "Great, how much will it be?" About a day and a half of labor and a new battery; $2,116." Way more than I thought, but without a written estimate and/or quote, I couldn't argue, so I paid it. I told myself, cars cost money and taking the car to a mechanic is expensive, but these guys know what they're doing and it pays when you use a professional. Pay the man. Two days later, I turn the key and the battery's dead. Dead. I called James and he said bring it back in. I thought about it for a fleeting second, but I just can't. I spent $2,116 on 11/29 on a $2,000 car and the problem isn't fixed. I won't go back. It took too long, it cost too much and the problem is still here. I just bought a $59 trickle charger to keep the new battery charged which is what I should have done in the first place.
