AAMAC Auto Electric

Had my car towed in for an alternator issue and got it fixed within a few hours for a great price. Guys on the phone and in the shop were very friendly and upfront and I appreciated their model of giving pricing before completing the work. Only took stars off because the older woman in the office was very rude, she snapped at me as soon as I came in “You need to get a ride because everyone’s going to lunch” before ever greeting me or asking what I needed (I already intended to leave the car and had a ride coming but she didn’t ask) and hurriedly handed me a paper without really explaining what info she did/didn’t need. Neither of the two people I talked to on the phone (one as I left for the place 15 minutes prior) made me feel rushed like this. Great service otherwise but her attitude did impact my experience.

The technician is so unprofessional and rude I will never return. Stay away and go someplace that actually values customers. Terrible experience.

Checked over the AC system and did a great job. 👍 Donuts on us.

I love this place. If you need any sort of work in the electrical system of your car this is the place to take it to. Every time I have used their services it has been fixed quickly, correctly, and even ends up costing less than I thought it would. I highly recommend

Quick, efficient and honest. Had my daughter's car towed in and they got to the bottom of the issue and had her back on the road in no time. Great communication of what they thought was the problem and ended up exactly what they diagnosed. Highly recommend. Super easy to work with and nice people.
