​"I brought my 2019 Honda Civic here for AC service. The owner charged me for correct 1234yf refrigerant but actually injected Red Angel Stop Leak—a chemical product explicitly labeled for older R-134a/R-12 systems only. Introducing these improper chemicals into a modern 1234yf system completely contaminates the lines and can permanently ruin the AC components & Void the 10 Year Extedend Warranty that they have with Honda. Shockingly, the owner openly admitted to me that he has used this exact same product on a lot of Hondas before. ​Unsurprisingly, his 'fix' failed a few months later. When I confronted him, he initially promised to flush the system. However, when I brought the car in, his machine flagged the system as 25% contaminated—the direct result of the incorrect Red Angel sealant he used. Instead of honoring his word, the owner tried to gaslight me, blamed a standard top-off can of pure 1234yf I had used, and refused to do the flush. ​Just because a vehicle has a salvage history does not give a shop the right to use incorrect, cheap chemicals, charge for the expensive stuff, and refuse to take responsibility when their own machine proves contamination. If you own a modern car—especially a Honda—stay far away from this shop. If you have taken your Honda here for AC work in the past, I highly recommend checking your old receipts to ensure this wasn't done to your vehicle since they have a 10 year Extended warranty. I have the invoice and photo evidence to prove everything, and I will also be filing an official complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to ensure this improper servicing is investigated."

The owner is friendly and professional. The shop has worked on several of my vehicles and the work is always excellent. His prices are fair and usually significantly lower than the dealer. The specialize in automotive electric, but they are a full service shop. I highly recommend.

I had an issue that no one else could figure out, or didn’t want to take the time to figure out. Art noticed the issue with my vehicle and suggested ways to figure it out as it was tricky to pinpoint. He suggested hooking it up to the computer and seeing what happens. A couple hours later I had a couple parts replaced and my car was purring again. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch.
