I had a VERY old commercial exhaust fan that went out in the kitchen, I went to every possible place to find a replacement but no one could find anything that would be same size for it to fit back in the vent. I called Mike and he did mention that I have very old motor that is hard to find parts for BUT he said "bring it on in and let me see what I can do"! Although it took a few months as a very in demand busy man Mike is he finally got to my Motor and called me with good news He said the motor only needs the bearings which are like 10+ bucks and one hour of labor, which happily agreed to. So total was 160 and sum change It definitely saved me a ton of money. otherwise I would be forced to buy a whole new commercial hood and motor! Thank you Mike!

They did a superb and reasonably priced job on my table saw motor. Even though I acted like a jerk customer they still treated me with kindness and professionalism. I recommend 100%

Found and installed a replacement motor for a Thermador vent. Great service, great people! I would have had to alter a deck if I couldn't repair the unit. It was a huge deal to fix the old one and Mike stuck with it.

I did not have a great experience with Mike. I brought him a 2 ton electric hoist that was in brand new condition. The company I used to work for bought it new, used it a few times and it quit lowering, it would only raise the chain. They gave it to me and I took it to Mike to fix. He had it for 6 months. I kept calling every 3 weeks and got the same story. Mike couldn't figure it out since it was a chinese hoist and had different wiring than he was used to. He explained he could take it to a friend but it would be two hundred and fifty dollars just to look at it, and couldnt guarantee that would fix anything. I told him I would like to come pick it up, that seemed expensive just to take a look at the hoist. I picked it up, and now the hoist no longer works in either direction. Now when I hit the raise button, sparks shoot out of the contactor. I didn't take pics of the wiring before I took it to Mike, so no idea what has changed but zip ties have been cut inside and wires marked with sharpies, so I know something was tinkered with. I was not charged for the "work" that was done, but I am worse off than when I brought it to Mike

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced our furnace blower motor and cleaned the blower housing. He even called the next day to make sure we had heat in the house.That is exceptional service!
