ALONZO AUTO ELECTRIC

Paid over $1,200 for electrical/computer repairs on my 2014 Transit Connect, only for the van to become nearly undriveable immediately after leaving the shop. The vehicle had ZERO transmission issues beforehand. A second electrical specialist found the main wiring to the replacement computer had been connected incorrectly during the original repair, costing me another $600 to fix their mistake. When I called to respectfully ask for partial reimbursement, the shop worker “JOSE “ was extremely unprofessional, rude, and became hostile over the phone instead of taking any accountability. Mistakes happen, but the way this shop handles customers and refuses responsibility is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

After having the vehicle a week, Jose was too busy to work on my vehicle. Don’t waste your time with this guy.

If you’re looking for a real Honest Auto Electrician. That absolutely knows his stuff Please do yourself a favor and stop by and see Jose. You can Thank Me later ! You Won’t find a better Person. Than Jose ! Sincerely Antonio J Garcia 🙏🏼

Absolutely Amazing! Took my car here since the alarm system kept going off randomly and was able to get it fixed the same day.

This is your guy. Stop your search now. I went to 3 Auto Repair shops before I found Jose and they weren’t able to help with diagnosing my Jeep Wrangler’s electrical issue. Alonzo Auto Electric had me sorted and fixed in a day. Front desk staff here very friendly and helpful. Go here first!
