Found a part for me when NO ONE else could. The found it, got it fast, and the price was resonable. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely do business with them again.

Not working on electric bikes is a massive L. To then have some random receptionist call me back after scoffing at my request, I’ve decided to write my first ever negative review. Trash.

Edited due do false claim in owners response. Stay away from this company. They claim to take this seriously but only in defending themselves and not addressing customer dissatisfaction and making it right. There was not a mention of an opening. If your response to me is true then you have technicians lying about two levels of service you offer? Why would I make this up?? You are either protecting your tech or you aren’t in touch with what they are telling customers! This must indicate they get paid to upsell or you are lying. I must also formally express my dissatisfaction with the service that was provided.At the time of the maintenance visit, your technician recommended and charged an additional fee for a written diagnostic report that I was told would be provided following the service. I agreed to this additional charge with the understanding that the report would outline the condition of the generator and identify any potential issues requiring attention. However, despite this charge, I never received the promised report.Within a few months of that service, the generator failed. I subsequently had to contact another generator service company to diagnose and repair the issue. During their inspection, they discovered a rat’s nest inside the generator. I was informed that the front of the generator had been left open, which allowed rodents to enter the unit and ultimately cause the mechanical failure. As a result, I incurred more than $800 in repair costs to correct the damage. I did speak with the owner regarding these concerns; however, I was told that no such diagnostic report existed despite the technician representing that it would be provided and charging me for it at the time of service.the owner only defended the tech and had no desire to rectify this. Why give $$$ to a business that either lies or steals money from customers and does care. Stay way!!!! This has left the matter unresolved and extremely disappointing. I regret that this situation has come to this point.

Wonderful folks. I have a small electric motor that powers my heavy duty fan vent over a gas range. Stopped running replacement from the mfg was $600 plus. Removed and dropped at Anchor on a Monday afternoon Denise called Tuesday morning. Less than a $50 repair. Reinstalled runs perfect. Thank you!!
