Anderson Auto Electric Co

Terrible experience all the guy did was complain about the job I was willing to pay for. After being told they’re the best all they did was make illegitimate excuses. Why?

Anderson Auto Electric is hands down one of the best in Connecticut. As a dealership, we work with a lot of shops, and when it comes to electrical diagnostics, this is who we trust. There’s no guessing—just real knowledge, experience, and results. He’s helped us solve issues other shops couldn’t figure out. Honest, skilled, and reliable. Highly recommended.

I called & i asked 2 questions & the lady was very snarky & just sounded fed up… wheni asked the first question? And i got straight to the point even apologized..because she sounded kinda not in the mood already, the 2nd question she answered and treated me as i was wasting her time ..i understand she doesn’t do pricing but she didnt have to be rude .. not going she pissed me off

For my very first time going here I was quite impressed and will most surely be returning for any future repairs! The owner and his wife were quite nice and fit me into the shop a day after calling and did a major repair to my car in timely manner. Solid work and I would recommend them to anybody!

OMG! Thank you sooo much, I would give a Ten star ⭐ if I could.. Not only did you come with a great recommendation,I NEED to give you one as well.. Our car is running like a New Baby! Instead of being like many other shops, you started with what the possibility could be,and started there.. Bingo That was It !! You could of taken us for a financial ride, yet chose to be honest and thorough. We Appreciate you and what you fixed for us this morning, and just need to say THANK YOU.
