I have used this place for a few times already and they are very good and helpful. It’s easy to call and talk to a person and not a machine. The repaired the motors in a timely manner and the service is great. Reasonable prices too.

Very knowledgeable. Got us out of a pinch a few times.

*Update* After 8 years of ignoring my review the owner finally responds, but clearly did not even read my original message, I would recommend avoiding this company for anything that requires attention to detail as my original review clearly stated it was an AC motor not a DC Motor. Replacing the bearings should have been a no brainer for any skilled shop, but they refused to even look at it when I let them know it was from a vehicle. I attempted to take a 3-phase AC motor in to have the bearings replaced. They refused to even attempt to help me out because the motor is for an Electric Car, even though the bearings are standard SKF bearings that Arrow stocks. There aren't that many electric motor shops in town, but with Larry's attitude as far as I am concerned there might as well be one less, fortunately the Electric Motor Shop isn't that far away from them so I was still able to drop my motor off with EMS on my way to work.

Took pool motor to Arrow Electric. I received the best service ever. Scott and Jake were very professional, courteous and understanding of my problem. If you have a pool pump or motor and need help they are the to go people.
