I started taking my cars to them about 3-4 years ago. Everything they ever did was great except one time they replaced something in my car window that didn’t fix it. However, as a frustrated customer they let me vent, throw a tempter tantrum and continued to work with me. I never said thank you for that, but it showed me a lot. My current boyfriend works on my cars now so I haven’t had to take the cars in. But I have recommended so many people to this place and they all have good things to say. I really appreciate them showing that good people still work on cars! Thank you!!

I took my car to Arrow with an issue that I'd been trying to resolve for years. I've had the vehicle since 2019, and for most of that time the battery and ABS lights would flash on and off intermittently. At least 5 visits to different repair places, two alternators, two starters, and 2 batteries later, the problem was still there. I found Warren and his shop on Google Maps. When I spoke to him, he was very clear: he would do his best, and if he couldn't find the issue and resolve it, he'd be honest with me. Turns out, there was a defective electrical connector to the alternator that was bad. Arrow replaced it, and the lights stayed off. Arrow Mobile Electric communicated quickly and clearly. Their prices were reasonable. They did stellar work, and they got my vehicle back to me quickly. As an aside, I had been losing air in one of my tires. Apparently, I had a nail in it, which they repaired. They also put my registration sticker on (I had been meaning to get to it 😊). None of which I asked them to do, but I was appreciative that they did. That kind of care and initiative can be hard to come by these days. I would use them again, AND I highly recommend their services.
