Auto Air and Electric

I don't give 5-star reviews lightly, but Auto Air & Electric absolutely earned it. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was dealing with a family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. Everyone was friendly, professional, and treated me like family—not just another repair ticket. Mike, the owner, runs an outstanding shop with a team of top-notch professionals. They took the time to properly diagnose the A/C problem on my Toyota RAV4 instead of trying to sell me parts or services I didn't need. Before doing any repairs, they called me, explained exactly what they found, discussed my options, and got my approval. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no unexpected charges. Their honesty, communication, and professionalism are hard to find these days. The shop is clean, organized, and operates with the kind of integrity that gives you confidence your vehicle is in the right hands. If you're looking for an automotive A/C or electrical repair shop in Phoenix, I highly recommend Auto Air & Electric. Mike and his team have earned my trust, and they'll definitely have my business in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all the way!

Had my AC fixed on my 2007 Saab 93. Mike was able to find the parts needed to fix my issues and now it blow ice cold within a minute. Could not have been more impressed with the service and management of this shop. Nice to see an old fashioned hand shake auto repair shop again. Mike stood by his estimate and timeline. This shop is not cheap, however if you're looking for honest reliable service then by all means look these folks up.

Mike and the team really went above and beyond with fixing our car’s AC system. They did it quick and well, and were honest and upfront about the price. Plus they did it for $1000 less than a national repair chain we got a quote from, which was great. We plan to bring our vehicles to Auto Air and Electric for future maintenance issues as they come up.

Auto air and Electric were great! I had to take two different vehicles in for repairs in the last month. Both times Mike was awesome. He found the problem, explained it in a way I could understand and fixed the problems quick. I will definitely use them again.

I am so very grateful for my experience here! Mike was not only very thorough and informative, he offered honest prices and feedback on my vehicle. My AC in my 2015 Fit was completely shot and I genuinely believe he offered me the best price to fix it. I want to thank Mike and his company not just for taking care of my car, but treating me like a human being!! I would recommend them to anyone. Come here with all your car issues! Oh, and my AC is as cold as a freezer box!! Thank you, Mike!!
