I had my front struts and rear suspension replaced from OEM to a performance brand. The mechanics obviously know what they're doing. They have a massive garage with lifts. If you ask them to check certain things that you want to have inspected, they'll send you photos and do the job you requested. The job they did is not easy, they needed pull the springs from the old struts and put them on the new ones. They finished the job within 24 hours and most importantly leveled the new suspension to the height that I designated. The new suspension is really cool and smooth. I can't say enough about the quality of the job that the mechanics did.

After calling several mechanic shops in McAllen, I’m glad I called and talked to Eli at Best Auto Service on 23rd. Their certified techs did a superb job replacing the valve cover gasket on my 2004 Jeep Rubicon. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. This shop exceeded my expectations and I will choose their professional service for any future issues. I highly recommend this shop.

Great experience! I had an overheating issue with my car. Called them ahead of time and the service manager was very professional and honest. They had my car fixed the next day and haven’t had an issue since. I would recommend to anyone who wants their car fixed properly and at a fair price. 10/10
