I cannot say enough good things about Greg and the team at Campbell Auto & Electric. Like many people, I'm usually very hesitant about bringing my vehicle to a repair shop because it's hard to know who you can trust. I was especially nervous about trying a new shop, but Greg immediately put my mind at ease with his honesty, professionalism, and confidence in diagnosing the issue. Electrical problems are never simple especially when it comes to Jeeps, but after hearing several great recommendations from others, I decided to give Campbell Auto & Electric a try. I'm so glad I did. I dropped my Jeep off first thing in the morning, and by the end of the business day, Greg and his team had not only diagnosed the problem but completely repaired it. When I picked up my vehicle, Greg personally came outside and took the time to show me exactly what had gone wrong. The issue turned out to be a bad ground cable in the wiring harness. What impressed me most was Greg's integrity. Many shops could have easily told me I needed an entirely new wiring harness, costing hundreds more in unnecessary repairs. Instead, Greg identified the actual problem, repaired the faulty ground cable, and got my Jeep running perfectly again. The customer service, communication, honesty, and quality of work were truly exceptional from start to finish. As an added bonus, there's an adorable shop pup that makes the experience even better! On two occasions I've called to see if they could handle 2 repairs and in both cases they went above and beyond to get me on the road again great guys Id recommend them be aware it's a small shop limited space and manpower

I had a camshaft sensor issue for two weeks and couldn't find anyone to help me. I called Campbell Auto Electric and spoke with Greg, and he listened carefully to everything I tried on my end before going there, and was able to fix my issue quick in the same day and let me know where I was going wrong to help in the future. He tested all my wiring thoroughly and all 4 sensors. The price was very reasonable, and they do much more than just electric! Thank you so much everyone there!

Greg (and his team) are prompt, professional, super knowledgeable and most importantly honest (very rare quality nowadays) - will definitely be coming back here for all my cars. Got me an accurate quote upfront, ran diagnostics on the spot to dispel some of my doubts regarding a separate issue. Had the entire timing belt assembly (water pump, tensioner etc) front breaks, spark plugs done next day in under a day! Love this guy!
