Had a very good experience with Charleston Auto Electric & Repsir. Nick was very helpful and very honest with the issues I was. He put my mind at ease that I did not have to put out a large amount of money to have my car fixed immediately. I would recommend this shop 100%

This was the 3rd shop I took my car to trying to figure out why my ac was blowing out warm air instead of cold. First shop told me I needed a new ac compressor. The second one said I needed a new ac compressor, ended up changing the clutch and said I had an electrical problem. Took my car to Charleston Auto Electric & Repair thinking I had a major electrical issue, only to find out that a sensor was not reconnected. Which more than likely happened when a previous shop did work on my car from a previous accident, leaving the sensor unplugged. If it wasn’t for Charleston Auto Electric & Repair I could have ended up spending a lot more than what I had already did after visiting the first 2 shops. I truly appreciate the GREAT service that was provided to me. They were quick, efficient and very professional. Thank you again.

Techs are awesome. Excellent service. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to do business with. Their estimates are spot on and they are happy to answer your questions. They also check your vehicle over and let you know anything that may need to be addressed and give u an estimate of the associated cost if you choose to do so. They make having your car serviced an enjoyable, efficient process. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Very responsive and professional with great customer service and integrity. Had my vehicle towed there with a blinking Check Engine light. They provided an extremely thorough inspection of my vehicle with quotes for needed and optional repairs. This was an older vehicle with many $$$ problems so asked them to do the bare minimum to get the car running. They explained they could only in good conscience do work the correct way, so we opted to tow it home without having them do the work, but would definitely use them again.
