BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT. @ CIRCLE BUICK GMC!!!! Purchased new vehicle at Circle a couple years ago, took my vehicle to their service department for regular maintenance with no problems. Seems like regular maintenance is the most they can handle. My vehicle needed an alignment & decided to take it to their service dept. Boy was that a mistake! They left bolts loose in suspension! WHAT?! The suspension shifted. Took it back for them to fix with pictures and videos as proof, service advisor Maria Serros was absolutely no help and even spoke to service dept. manager. He completely dismissed everything we said & tried to show him. Said technician was experienced and would never leave anything loose. How about you at least listen to your loyal customer before dismissing them. Left my vehicle there so they could inspect & same tech tightened loose bolts they said were not loose. Vehicle still wasn't right. Got the excuse their alignment machine was the problem now so had to wait for it to get repaired. Time frame for that I was told could be a few weeks to a few months. Decided to take vehicle to Schepel Buick GMC service instead. Guess what they figured it out & left my vehicle aligned correctly. Service advisor even mentioned we were not the only vehicle there to "fix" problems Circle Service had caused. Went back to Circle Service to talk to them & show them report from Schepel & conveniently manager had just left. How scary, please don't trust Circle Buick Service with anything! Sorry Circle Buick GMC you just lost a customer will purchase & service elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership today thanks to Maria. From the moment she began assisting me, she was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Maria has such a positive attitude and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she did today. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend asking for Maria if you visit this dealership. She is a true asset to the team! Thank you again, Maria! -the Mendoza family !

I thought this was a trustworthy business. My parents referred me and often trade in vehicles and have never had any problems. Well, I didn't have that same luck. I purchased an SUV, Jeep Cherokee Latitude, used to be exact. My car insurance settled me for a total loss. I was so thrilled after finding the suv i'd been searching for. 9/5 the purchase with a written check almost for $15,000 was made to Circle Buick. Within 12 days of the purchase, I went to have the vehicle serviced for maintenance. It was then told to me by the oil repair business, that my radiator was bad. The engine began to overheat and I thought no big deal. I will just request for the issue to be fixed due to not even having the vehicle a full two weeks. Well, Nope instead of the issue being resolved, I was told first that my truck couldn't be serviced because they aren't a jeep dealer. Then, the kind service manager took care of me and let me know , the diagnostic fee would be $189.99. I let her know I'd wait to speak with my salesperson, Bryan in regard to taking care of the repair. Still after waiting exactly 4 days, I was called by Bryan, my salesperson, and informed that there was nothing that could be done. Pay $1150 for the radiator to be repaired or fix it on my own basically. The finance manager, Dustin, was called to try and see if he could speak with me and discuss the matter. Had to leave messages. Never even received a call back from him. Instead it was Bryan, and I let him know i felt he sold me a car that was never inspected. I feel cheated out of my money and scammed. The car was as is with no warranty. Be very careful of purchases without doing research. The sad part about all of this is the fact that this entire process of losing a prior vehicle waiting for a settlement 6 weeks later on a replacement used car and finally making a purchase with a referral from my parents who do business here all the time means nothing! It’strictly business! So I did have my radiator repaired at half of what the asking price was by licensed mechanic but I’ll never do business here again.

My sales rep Liz was great, very personable and answered any questions I had. She was patient with me having to deal with some insurance issues that came up. Everyone else I interacted with was great as well. I wanted to wait a little bit before I reviewed to see how the vehicle operated, which leads to the first hiccup. One problem with the process was the test drive, which only lasted 5 or so minutes. I say this because after I got home from the 2 1/2 hour drive, I heard a loud noise when I would hit bumps (I live in a very rural area so the roads aren't great). Turns out one of the sway bar links was busted. I was a little upset about that and wish I would've seen that or heard the noise prior, or had been notified of the issue. The short test drive did not expose this issue. Another issue I had was the vehicle was sold with a quarter of a tank. Not a deal breaker but definitely not the best thing to have to fill up the tank as soon as I drive it off the lot. Overall good experience with the folks working there, just a couple things that I believe could have been a little more transparent with the buyer.

When I bought my 2024 vehicle from Circle GMC in November, it had one key for the truck. My salesman Bryan was awesome throughout the whole process. He couldn’t locate the spare key so told me he would order one. Once he received it, he let me know that it’s in and to schedule a service appt to have it programmed. I tried to make an appointment and was told that to have it programmed, it had to be done during the week and by a certain time of the day. I work about 60 hours a week so had to find a time to come in. Finally I was about due for an oil change so I decided I’d have to use a vacation day away from work and make the drive from Valparaiso to get the oil changed and have them program my spare key. On 2/5, after I made my appointment online, I called the service dept to make sure to add to my service order that I needed the key programmed. The lady I spoke to checked to make sure you had it and added it to the order. When I arrived on 2/17 and got checked in, I made sure they were aware of the oil change and getting the key programmed. Everything was good. After THREE hours, I decided to check to see how much longer the service department needed. Not till that time I was told, “we checked your battery and everything was good with the battery. For some reason we can’t find your spare key we ordered for you and will have to order you another one. We haven’t done the oil change yet, but are getting ready to start and will need another 30 minutes for that”. So after OVER 3 hours, all that was done was a voltage check on my battery! That is completely unacceptable. I took a day off work to drive from Valparaiso, past at least 3 other GMC dealers to come to Circle for an oil change? Why wasn’t I made aware of the key missing until I asked? And now I am supposed to take another day off of work to come back there to maybe get the key programmed if it’s not lost again? I buy a new vehicle about every two years. And I have never wasted so much time or been treated like my time didn’t matter as much as I did yesterday. I could have went anywhere for a $90+ oil change and not wasted over 5 hours, use a vacation day from work, and drive 45 minutes each way. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion.
