Always the best price and service.

They don't take tap so I had to come back the next day. Other than that the motor I bought worked fine. The replacement was not as good as the other replacement that came with beefyer mounting nuts and beefy wire insulation for longevity. This one was just good enough to get the job done.

I’ve been in HVAC for a long time and own Cherry Tree Heating&Air Conditioning Inc. now, and for knowledge of electric motors, nobody but nobody else in town comes close. The owner of Commercial Electric Motors is encyclopedic. It’s a simple operation that specializes extremely well in what they do. There will be nobody to replace them when they are gone. It’s true. When no one else has a clue about the motor you seek, Commercial Electric Motors is waiting with answers.

Doug works the counter at Commercial Electric Motor. He really knows his stuff. If you talk to any HVAC tech around town, I can guarantee you that they know Doug or Hurd of him. Doug, or as I call him, Dougy knows everything there is to know about motors. If you are in need of a motor or some sort of rebuild or repairs, Doug is your guy, Commercial Electric Motors is the place👍🏽
