The team here did a great job fixing the damage to my car. The struggles were with all the operational aspects of running a business. First, the items from my trunk were removed for the repairs but never put back...I can only assume they were just thrown away. Second, the website link with details would have incorrect information compared to reality with an estimation as to when repairs would be complete. And it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to get updates or an accurate timeline. Last, when I picked my car up, there was a new electrical issue caused by the repair team that I had to go back and get fixed. Unless your insurance is making you go here for repairs (my case), I would strongly suggest looking at another place to get repairs done.

10Crash Champion is a place I would highly recommend for any Collison and or car accidents. The team there was very professional. They provided stellar customer service.. I say that because when I would check for understanding regarding the process l, they were happy to explain the process so that I understood. Ernest was my adviser, Stellar service. I can he is a EXPERT in his field. When he looked at the damages on my car, he explained what was going to be ordered and provided an ETA for the job to be completed. My car was finished and ready the time frame was exact for my car situation. Thank You Crash Collision for being professional, and providing Stellar Customer Service. Sincerely a Customer for life, Ms. D

Repaired a Tesla 3 here, paint job came out great and alignment of hood, bumper etc looked really good (better than some teslas off the assembly line). Very professional and job was done quicker than expected. No weird noises or rattles after the repair.

Never in my life have I written a negative review, or even felt the need to, but I cannot overstate how disappointing and frustrating my experience with this shop has been. When I dropped off my vehicle on February 6th, I was given an estimated completion time of 2–4 weeks. That timeline came and went—not once, but repeatedly—until I finally received my car today, March 31st, nearly two full months later. Instead, I was continuously “strung along” with weekly promises that our car would be ready the next week. Each time, that promise was broken and replaced with a new excuse: - A missing part - The wrong part was ordered - The part that was ordered arrived without a necessary component - The part for the wrong side of the vehicle was sent Attached is the final communication we received; the (many) others before it were just as vague and dismissive. How can you say the missing parts arrive next Tuesday, so you hope to have the car completed Monday in the same email? The completion date was even moved to the 30th, which was yesterday! At a certain point, this stops being bad luck and starts being a complete lack of organization and accountability. What makes this even worse is the real-world impact this had. Because of the constantly shifting completion dates, we repeatedly rearranged our plans under the assumption that the shop would follow through—only to be let down again and again. Meanwhile, we were forced to rely on transportation alternatives. An Uber from Antioch to Nashville during rush hour is about $40 each way. Over the course of 7 weeks, that adds up to a staggering and completely avoidable expense—all because this shop could not manage a repair timeline properly. The only positive part of this experience was Heather, the customer service representative, who was consistently polite and professional despite having to deliver bad news over and over again. She was clearly doing her best in a situation that was not her fault. Unfortunately, good customer service cannot make up for systemic mismanagement. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle literally anywhere else.

The employees here are the most honest friendliest people in the automotive repair business. I had another shop install some coilovers and the bolts werent tight enough. The head mechanic showed me the problem and fixed it right on the spot. Now that is Customer Service! They have me as a customer for life. Highly recommend any Mercedes owner in Nashville to call these guys first.A+++
