We took our new Tesla Model Y to Crash Champions on 289 in Lubbock to have a small amount of damage repaired where it was slightly "brushed" in a parking lot mishap. They are a certified Tesla body shop and their estimate came in $1,700 less than a body shop in Midland, where we live. We were given a time of 1 week. They met that goal and had the car back to us by 5PM on Friday. I'm no expert, but the work looked flawless to me. There was a discrepancy between the final bill and the estimated amount. OB checked it and found the mistake and gave us an additional $50 off the bill. We were very satisfied with both the repair and how we were treated. Office staff Mary was very cordial and good to us as well.

Allison and everyone else at Crash Champions were incredibly helpful and professional. I took my car in for a new bumper. The finished work looks great and it was very quick! They kept me up to date on the repairs, and answered all my questions. I would definitely bring my car back here!

Every person at Crash Champions was polite, expedient, professional, and knowledgeable. They did not take my truck until the had the necessary repair parts. They were done with it within the week, like 4 days, i think. Drop off was easy, pick up was easy, getting a rental was easy. They are great over there. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Let me start by saying that I have had my truck for the past eight years since I bought new off the lot and let’s just say throughout that time I have had a couple more accidents that included a variety of repair shops to fix my truck and take care of repairs or damages. All of those which always left something not completed or something missing or not attached. BUT NOT CRASH CHAMPIONS!!!! my truck looks amazing Everything is completed and in tact the way it should be! My truck was finished in no time I was notified on every step of the way from drop off, through repairs all the way until it was time to pick up my truck! Not only are the repairs phenomenal but they took the time to clean my truck but the best part they actually buffed it which left my truck looking outstanding! I haven’t seen this fresh and clean look on my Chevy truck in very long time! Thank you Crash Champions! I am very happy I got with this shop for my repairs. 5 star place without a doubt!

Took my Tesla 2017 Model X in for a quote on repairs due someone blowing a tire in front of my wife and the tread caused some damage. Decided it wasn't worth it to repair, paid the tear down fee and proceeded to pick up the vehicle. They took the removed parts and placed them inside, which is what I expected. What I didn’t know was that they removed the back bumper and replaced it back on the car, but didn’t bolt it on. I got on the highway and it blew off! I let the tech know, he said he let his boss know and would get us “taken care of,” fast forward a month. Still nothing has happened and no one has contacted us back. It’s just negligence and it happens without ill intent. I wasn’t really all that mad at first because I did believe that it would be taken care of, but, alas, I have lost faith in that now.
