Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified Repair Tigard

Duoc was very helpful from the beginning of the estimate all the way through the final repair. Irene at the front desk was amazing and made sure everything was taken care of, including making sure my rental was on the way for pickup. They made the whole process much less stressful. My car looked like new when I got it back, and everyone was friendly, communicative, and professional. The repair did take a little longer than originally expected because they were waiting on a part, but they kept me updated and let me know the new estimated completion time, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely go back to Duoc for future repairs. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my car!

Good experience. They provided fast estimate. When I went to drop off my car, they arranged to get me over to rental place and I was able to leave rental at CC when I picked up my car. Good communication about work flow and progress with one small issue. They sent me update text saying car was on schedule to be ready in about a week and half. The next day they sent me a text saying car was done and ready to be picked up.

From the moment I walked into Crash Champions in Tigard, I was genuinely impressed by how seamless and efficient the entire experience was. I came in expecting nothing more than an estimate for repairs on my Cybertruck. Instead, within a single visit, they completed the estimate, arranged my rental car, and had everything in motion before I knew it. The entire process was incredibly well organized and exceeded every expectation I had. A special thank you to Irene, whose professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the experience effortless, and to Doc, who oversaw the repairs with exceptional craftsmanship. Throughout the repair process, the team kept me informed with timely updates, and when I got my vehicle back, the quality of the work was outstanding. The repairs were completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. What impressed me even more was the turnaround time. Had I gone through Tesla for the same repairs, I likely would have been driving a damaged vehicle for months waiting for an appointment and completion. Crash Champions got me back on the road in a fraction of the time without compromising quality. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency, communication, customer service, and expert workmanship this well. If you need collision repairs—especially for a Tesla or Cybertruck—I can’t recommend Crash Champions Tigard highly enough. They turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into one that was remarkably easy from start to finish. There was a small dent on the back of the bumper that preceded this repair and I know exactly where I'm going to be having it done!! 10/10!!!

They did an excellent job fixing my car I pointed out that the bumper wasn't quite lined up right and they fixed it before I left. Excellent paint job they matched perfectly and you can't even tell where the owie occurred! Excellent work! Better service than I got at caliber Collision that's for sure.

The service here was excellent from start to finish. I was taken care of from day one and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. This body shop is Tesla approved which gave me extra peace of mind and it was great that our insurance company worked directly with them. The rental car process was super easy too since the rental car guy brought the car right to us and we were on our way in no time. The quality of the work was amazing and it was finished even sooner than expected. I highly recommend this shop to any Tesla owner.
