I took my Jeep to have brake pads replaced. They said they would check the brakes. As it turned out, I only needed 2 pads replaced. I saved $350 dollars. I really appreciate the honesty. Darrel's is a very good place to get auto service.

Call and asked if an appointment was needed, they said no. The guy told me I could bring my car early Monday morning. They open at 9am. We made it at 9:15-20. The elderly lady who came outside to talk to me about my car told me it would probably be about a week before they could get to my car. They could have told me that Friday when I asked if I could bring the car. This lady was acting as if I was wasting her time by asking questions. She kept trying to walk off while I was explaining to her what my car was doing. She asked the question but, didn't want to wait around for a response. I feel like they don't want to be bothered with you if you aren't a regular customer. All I needed was a diagnosis. They probably would have earned my business. Not anymore. This experience totally sucked.

I came into Darell’s with my F150 broke down, trying to tow my new classic car (1972 H/O Pace Car) back to Indiana. DJ, Ken and their group totally took care of my repair and gave me a lift to Enterprise for truck rental. They Got it in and diagnosed that afternoon and by the time I got back to Mississippi (from driving back to Indiana with my trailer and car) it was fixing ready to go!!! very good high quality work. I’ve driven it now three hours towards Indiana and it is running like new thanks to DJ and his team.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles! They've done just about everything you can think of to get my vehicles back up and running. The best part no matter what the issue is they call you inform you about what they've found then ask permission before doing any work. Most shops charge you for the call. My favorite thing about Darrell's is the fact that you get an answer THAT day, there is no waiting around wondering what is going on. These guys and gals are top notch, respectful and most of all HONEST! These folks will have my business until I don't have a vehicle anymore.

The service is amazing!!! My car is driving like new. I went to different places that couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. One of the mechanics recommended Darrell's Auto Electric, and I thank God he did. They were able to find 3 different leaks; the price I paid was reasonable, and I haven't had an issue with my car since.
