Dr. Electric was highly responsive to both text messages and phone calls, which made coordination easy. They also seem to have an automated system in place for when they’re unavailable, so communication was never an issue. They handled the electrical setup for my washer and dryer, including addressing the outlet compatibility, and everything was completed without problems. I didn’t shop around for pricing, so I can’t really compare costs, but the job was done efficiently and, more importantly, at my tenant’s convenience. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.

The electrician and his assistant were extremely professional and handled my electrical situation quickly and efficiently! They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. The job was completed and I'm very pleased with the results! I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Doctor Electric for any and all of your electrical needs. Also Daniel who answers the phone and does the scheduling was very helpful as well! These three employees in my opinion should be commended by management for a job well done! Sincerely yours; Joseph DelVecchio And today Sid was my electrician on site! In a word, Excellence ! Everything was thoroughly explained to me before and after the installation of my new ceiling fan ! Sid was professional, honest and a skilled electrician ! My fan is spinning as I type this review. I'm a businessman, a Realtor and a Master Mechanic and a manager for over 45 years. In my skilled opinion Sid should be fast-tracked to a supervisory position and the very least utilized as a Master Electrician instructing apprentice electricians! Management should recognize this outstanding employee and put him in for a commendation and a raise in his salary! Don't let this one get away ! ! I know wh

They did a fast great accurate job at diagnosing. The problem finding what's wrong and giving me solutions on how to address it . I would 100% recommend, especially if you've already called several places like I did and weren't even given the time of day And the technician they sent out was friendly. And hard-working, no lollygagging or wasting my time or sales pitches. Greatly appreciate it. Thanks again Matt at doctor electric !!
