BEWARE!! You better pray that you don’t have a debit or credit card problem like I did this past Monday to have my alternator replaced because the card did not go through like I was told on Saturday at my bank it would be fine on Monday when I have the repair done. Unfortunately, I had to sign a paper at the bank for the debit card to work and my car basically was already fixed and the payment didn’t go through, so I called them when they would not let me get my car to go to the bank and back on a three-way from the branch manager at my bank on the other end, she tried to explain to them just let her pick up her car She gave you a deposit already on her card let her come to the bank sign the paper and she’ll be right back to pay you. They did not want to release my car and the girl from the bank Amy who went above and beyond came to my house so I could sign the paper that I needed to have for overdraft and then the card went through now I had to find a way there which I ended up getting a lift thanks to the girl at the bank helping me set up the app on my phone. I’m 64 years old. I’m not savvy in this stuff when I went there, I was shocked. The place is filled to the ceiling with boxes and alternators and generators. I said I was there to pick up my car. Finally, the woman Phyllis comes out of the back meet me outside where I’m at with my car, enhance me my key fob with her hands, put together like serving me the holy Eucharist happy that she made the bank buckle and came to my house so I could sign the paper and they kept my car until the payment was fully made of $290 let alone. I told them when the problem happened with my card I had no relatives friends live afar and I was just diagnosed with cancer two months ago it didn’t matter the girl at the bank was in complete shock what behavior they had told me. I asked the guy before I dropped it off if he could actually look at the battery first he said he would when I did get there. I asked if the battery was checked she went to him in the back room and asked him and I heard he said, I didn’t think I had to. She came out to my face and said yeah he checked it. It’s all set. I get in my car I got a big red light saying battery low check engine light on never had that problem before beware before you go to a place like this never met anybody in the repair industry act towards anyone like this when something happens to their debit or credit card and they promise to come back and pay, I’m not a scammer. I’m not a fraud. I live my life to the truth and always have. I don’t know how these people stay in business maybe there’s your concentrate on making their place not a fire hazard we live and learned and I learned I’ll never go to this place again a great shout out to the girl Amy from the bank that I do business with for being ever so kind that day for me to get my car back cause I needed it for my doctor appointments this week. That’s not all they sent me a video and narrated the video both people at this business and told me two things were wrong with my car. Both things have not proven to be faulty as my mechanic took an hour to look it over on a lift. it is not leaking massive oil on the alternator and that’s why they said they would not warranty it because I had this massive oil leak dripping on the alternator, proven unfounded transmission, coolant tank, supposedly going in their eyes, proven unfounded. It’s a thermostat leak that is not even near the alternator, allowing people for no good reason especially when they’re sick with cancer is a shame next time make sure you know what you’re talking about before you make accusations and mimic people on a video of what they might say to you if the alternator to go again from this oil leak that I don’t have. Totally disgusted of such character by two people who run this business.

Great shop, they had a ready alternator for my car and I was able to easily swap it out. They even helped move the pulley to my rebuilt alternator before installing. Price was well below new and came with a warranty.

Dons is top notch! When Ace Armature closed, I reached out to Tom, one of Dons repairmen who I knew, and dropped off my Alternator for my Cayenne. Within a day, Tom called me and let me know it was fixed. When I went to pick up my alternator, I brought a box so it wouldn’t dirty my interior of my car. To my surprise, Tom blasted and repainted the entire case of my Alternator, and of course repaired it, so it not only works like new but LOOKS better than new! When Tom told me he was the best, I really believe it now. Their pricing is very fair and the work they do is- the best. Don’t go anywhere else, and don’t waste your time or money on a reman made somewhere else by people who don’t care- get it repaired locally with great components, by people who take real pride in the work they do. 10/10!

I bought a rebuilt alternator for my odyssey . And when’s I put it in I still have the codes for the alternator, I bought a brand new one.i put in problems solved. I try to return the one I bought there. they give me a hard time to return it,they keep me there for like 40 minute testing the rebuild one trying to say I’m wrong guy laugh on my face. Said bull shit. Many time. Very bad customer service and charge me 55dollar restocking fee. The fee it was not the problem.the hard time they give me was priceless.i get out of that building whit headache.

This guy is the best. Its the holiday weekend friends and family want to go out on the boat. The stater decided to quit. Now what? Don is what I walked in and walked out with a new starter the right one for 175. In less then 5 min. Thank you for being there Don, working hard to keep people like me; as Don says, " I have to keep you going"
