East Ridge Auto Electric Co

Great Service and the prices were very affordable.

Waited on hold while the phone rang and then play classical music for 5 minutes just for some clown to pick up the phone. Wheeze into it and then hang up. Call back again and same thing. Somebody thought they were just going to pick up and hang up but they were panting so hard they gave themselves away. This was not a mistake this was blatant rudeness with not even a we can't help you. Absolutely inexcusable and unprofessional behavior.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This wrecker company completely tore my bumper off while towing my vehicle and never offered to fix the damage. On top of that, their staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought it up. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I would strongly warn anyone against using their services—unless you want your car damaged and to be treated like an inconvenience.

Not very happy with them . Dropped my car off over a month ago with an electrical problem . Over a month later it isnt repaired and they won't answer the phone .I stopped by and the person I needed to talk to was gone I left my number with the assurance that they would call me . A Week later still no call and they won't answer the phone .

I had a great experience. I scheduled a date to drop off my Wrangler at noon and took an Uber home. The next day I got a call and it was ready. Price was fair and what more can you ask for. Will use again
