Nacho installed the LifeSafer FC100N ignition interlock device. He was able to give me an install same day. I have a newer car with some advanced features and although I did have to work closely with the team, everyone involved was very helpful and cooperative. I had to go to a Dodge dealer for a final reset and so far all systems seem to be working fine. With all of the advanced systems wiring modifications are sensed by circuit monitors. They require additional troubleshooting. First, I was kind of upset, but with a little grace and patience we got through all of the details and I am 100% Satisfied. I highly recommend this mechanic shop. Highway assist, lane sense, traffic, sign assist, cruise control, ESC, forward collision sensing, automatic following distance, assistive breaking, and all other automated systems are back up and running after the initial install caused some errors with the systems. Ebeneezer auto repair , LifeSafer, and the AutoNation Dodge dealership on Arapahoe Road all contributed to the final outcome and everything is working properly now.

Sold us a lemon on Facebook marketplace. Very dishonest people! Bad business!!! Not very happy! It was a 2003 Nissan Maxima that left us in the middle of the road!

Called them Friday morning to take care of some very basic tasks, main one being replacing my tires with used tires. They said they did all the work I needed and could have it all done by no later than Saturday evening, so I had my car dropped off to them. The first call was to let me know that they didn't have used tires, but they had new ones they could install. Wasn't happy about that, but it was still easier than having the car towed to a new place, so I said okay. They still had Sat. Evening as the time I could pick up the car. Next call was to tell me that the tires hadn't come in and that the car wouldn't be ready until Monday morning. The excuses were too much for me, so I told them to cancel that and charge me for what they had done so I could get this done elsewhere. Person hung up, I called back to pay, woman on the phone had an attitude at EVERY STEP of the call as if I was inconveniencing her by wanting to pay for it. Finally got my car down to Discount Tire. If you need any work done, go anywhere else but here!

Beware of Misleading Sales and Poor Accountability I purchased a vehicle from this shop advertised as AWD, only to find out it was missing a key part—the rear drive shaft—making it FWD. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they weren’t responsible for the missing part and refused a refund or full repair to make it AWD as advertised. This shop has shown a lack of accountability, and their misleading sales practices have left me with a vehicle that doesn’t meet my needs or the safety standards I expected. I would highly caution anyone against buying from them. They may claim to stand by their vehicles, but my experience says otherwise.

Rude and unprofessional. They treat people like garbage here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unkind and will try to blame you for their mistakes and bad equipment. The manager is especially rude and does not do his job well at all. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I came here for help and was treated very poorly, blamed for their malfunctioning equipment and overcharged for their services each time. They also are slow, condescending, the place is very dirty and unkempt. I've never been treated so poorly by a business. Do not go here!
