Eland Mobility Electric Vehicles

This place is the best!! Only suggestion is buy something from them. You will be happy!

E Land has great service and lots of options. Having a local company that can help you with warranty issues is work ten times more than you could ever save ordering a bike online. So we have bought 3 bikes from them🔝

We have six kids and are looking to buy a handful of scooters, this place was nothing but rude & confrontational from the start. Customer service means nothing, clearly too busy in his computer to greet you from behind the counter, make eye contact, ask how we are or ask questions. Until I went up and asked for help and then he immediately tried to make me feel that the scooter I wanted for my eight year-old was wrong. Also, he said what I wanted, is not made unless it’s aftermarket which is not true! If you’re in the business to make people feel stupid and wrong for what they want, roll your eyes n shrug your shoulders at them….You’re doing it all right!

I am so pleased with my purchase from Eland Mobility. My son and I drove over 2.5 hours away to check this place out. My son wanted the Altis Sigma but wanted to see it in person before committing to it and buying it. Upon coming to the store we met with Yohan who was very friendly and helpful! He showed us both versions of the Sigma. We purchased on Saturday 2/21/2026 as an early Birthday gift for my son. My son was so excited to take the bike home. The Altis Sigma MX is flawless with so much power and we’re so happy with our purchase. Yohan was phenomenal in helping us decide on the perfect E-bike and the customer service provided was top tier. I’m coming back very soon to do more business with Eland Mobility!!!
