I came to him with an issue that my Mechanic couldn’t figure out. It took him about 5 weeks to figure it out and get the “Correct “ part for it because he kept getting the wrong one. Apparently my whole Electrical was out n I need a new box. Then it was my Electric went out on my dashboard. But then it wasn’t effective. Then I “Supposedly” needed a New Starter because mine was bad. I had just replaced it less than a Year ago. I was so fed up I just wanted My Car back!! So I let him fix it. Then when I went to pick up my car I was told Oh your Water pump has a leak. I Had NO WATER issues before. All of the sudden less than a Week later ALL THE FLUID LEAKED OUT!! I went back to My Original Mechanic and he fixed it. I was charged $1,350 for my car with this Place. I will Never Go Back to Him! I thought he was a Great Guy since he knows my Family like my Tio’s n Tias. But I Guess Not!! I was Taken Advantage of and that’s Wrong!

The best thing you can do is run away unless if you want to drop big bucks and take your car home with more problems that you toke it in for with missing bolts and the issue you toke it for unresolved

Well i took my horse trailer couse I was having some issues with the electric brakes and lights so when I got there they told me that they needed to do a diagnostic first which I was okay with it When he started testing they told me it was in my trailer that it was my truck that was having issues with . So I made an appointment at the dealership cuz supposedly that's the only place they could take care of it and that they could help me So with that said the dealer was going to charge me $160 to do another diagnostic so I decided to take my truck to my friend's brand new trailer that he had just barely bought and everything worked fine out of my truck and his trailer so the issue ended up being my horse trailer and not my truck that's why I only gave it at one star I should have gone back to get my refund but I did it I have taken other vehicles prior to this one and they'd be good work but not this time sorry...

Had a slight issue but the owne Bob made It right and his mechanic Albert is one of the best mechanics in Madera. He made this visit less painful, very sweet and curious. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Thank you guys I WILL be recommending you!

Bob did an excellent job in trouble shooting and repairing my 2010 Dodge charger. When other mechanics misdiagnosed the issues, Bob quickly figured out the problems. Not only did he repair what needed to be fixed in a timely manner, he fixed 2 other electrical issues at no charge. I would definitely take my vehicles to him and recommend him.
