I did not do physical business with these guys, but I did call to discuss the possibility of them repairing a small 1 Hp pool pump motor for me. The advice given to me (and the amount of time spent giving it to me was more than I ever expected). I now know the next steps I should take with my current motor and/or the one I will be replacing it with. Service, knowledge and a respectful conversation, something that all business is missing in a big way. But not these guys!

I have been conducting commerce with EMR for about three or four years. Always fantastic service, great knowledge, always with a smile. When they say 365 day service, they mean it. This past Saturday, New Years Eve weekend, I had a customer who found themselves in a very tough spot. They needed an 80mm external snap ring for a very critical machine that had an unexpected failure (unexpected in that had it been greased regularly it wouldn't have been unexpected, however that's where we were). Long story short, Saturday morning, they outsource the task of handling their emergency for them. I send a text to Matt, he arranged for someone to go on on their holiday weekend to meet me. Obtaining an 80mm snap ring on a holiday weekend, in the matter of a few hours isn't cheap. But I do not conduct commerce with people because they are cheap. I conduct commerce with people because of who they are and what they do. EMR has consistently proved to be a good decision-- this past weekend has most likely cemented their position in my life.
