Electro Rides | Electric Mobility Store/ Repair Shop

Cincinnati If you have an ebike or scooter this is the shop for ALL repairs. Kind friendly service at a affordable price. Can't express how much better I felt after bringing my bike in for a brake bleed an they not only diagnosed I didn't need it but found the issue an first informed me an switched the service I paid for after I agreed an charged me the same price quoted the lessor service an made sure I was happy with my brakes even made sure to let me know an show me how I used the wrong brake pads but also showed me why it caused me issues an the correct brand to purchase in the future. THANKS GUYS FOR THE KINDNESS AN SERVICES.

I brought my son’s brand new Yozma e-bike into this shop to make sure the bike was set up correctly and safe to ride. The guys at the shop were professional, knowledgeable, and helped to put a mom’s mind at ease. We walked in strangers, and walked out feeling part of a family. We will be back for any other needs that come up. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! Amazing customer service, the mechanics there can fix anything. I’m so glad we found this place - if you have issues with a scooter or e-bike - take it here. You won’t be disappointed.

Darnell at Electro Rides REALLY helped me! He was able to answer all my questions and resolve my concerns quickly, and because of the simplicity of the issue, did so as a courtesy. Additionally, I learned that Electro Rides offers their own warranty on everything- including used scooters- that they sell, and I was amazed at the affordable prices of their new inventory. One thing to be cautious of is the time you park because there are time-of-day restrictions on street parking outside the store.

Mike helped me. I bought my first electric scooter from him. Very friendly and informative. They have a repair shop there as well if your scooter doesn't scoot. So glad I bought from them instead of amazon.
