EV Auto Brentwood

Stopped by EV Auto while visiting Nashville, and it was really cool to finally check the place out in person! I didn’t purchase anything, but I’ve been a huge fan of their YouTube channel for a while. Their content is informative, honest, and genuinely entertaining. Loved seeing their lineup of EVs and the super cool EV chargers they have there. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re an EV enthusiast!

We are new to the whole Tesla & EV world. My husband had been researching them for quite a while and kept coming across EV Auto online. When we realized they had a location in Brentwood, we decided to make the drive just to look around and test drive a few models. Needless to say, my husband found “the one” while we were there. Our experience with EV Auto was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, there was absolutely no pressure. Caleb was fantastic to work with from the beginning. He was honest, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to walk us through all the features of the car and answered every question we had. Andy was equally great on the financing side. He made the process quick, straightforward, and painless. Both Caleb and Andy were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They are the gold standard when it comes to buying cars! Absolutely loved visiting EV Auto and they should be peoples go to for Used EVs. No hidden fees, no random up charges and you can get a lifetime warranty on your battery (non-transferable)! All for a reasonable price! We had been watching EVAutoalexs YouTube and decided to see the place in person. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted by Caleb and Matthew. They have an array of snacks and beverages readily available. The place and the people are so welcoming. Caleb told and walked us through the whole process. Don’t live in Nashville? No problem they’ll still happily sell you a car. They don’t pressure you like normal dealerships. You just immediately get a family like feel. I think my favorite part of learning about how they work is the fact that what you see is what you get! They’re very straightforward and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. They genuinely care and I think that’s hard to find these days. They had a bunch of Model Ys and a few 3s. Go buy an EV from them, I know I will be! You won’t regret it.

Buying my first EV was honestly a big step for me. While I have friends who own EVs and I understood the basics from hearing about their experiences, I had never actually made the transition myself. I drove from Arkansas to Brentwood, because of the owner known on social media as EVAutoAlex. I honestly do not know how many EV-focused dealerships, or even traditional dealerships with EV inventory, exist between Arkansas and Brentwood, but I felt comfortable enough to trust EV Auto purely based on their videos and online presence. They come across as genuine people online, and I can confidently say that what you see on social media is exactly who they are in person. They truly care about the customer. I had followed Alex on social media for a while, and every interaction he posted with customers felt authentic. That is what made me decide to make the drive, The moment from when I parked to the time I pulled away was great you can tell the team was energetic full of electricity which is proper for an Electric Vehicle Dealership. I walked in greeted by the agents working and even the service bay workers. I was invited to take a seat and grab a drink or snack while I waited. Which at that point was a difference from the big name manufacture I visited previously, I had been in contact the day prior with the EV Auto team about a vehicle I was interested in. Ed my sales person searched for it and brought it to the entrance for me to check out, answered a few questions I had and then offered a test drive. Even though Alex himself was not at the dealership when I arrived, the team did attempt to connect us and successfully did so. Alex took time out of his day just to say hi and get to know me, and that speaks volumes again to his character. From the initial phone call where Boston answered the phone and informed me of the people who would be there the next day to assist me, to the friendly team in the back office Amanda, Katie and Deb, everyone took their time and had patience throughout my transaction. The dealership is still fairly new and growing nationwide, but they are clearly building something special. I am genuinely happy that I was able to purchase my first EV from EV Auto, and I wish them continued success as they grow their brand.
