I brought my car in for a suspension check. Not only did they take care of the radiator cleaning, but they also threw in a complimentary inspection I wasn't expecting. The team walked me through everything they found — clearly explaining each issue and laying out practical solutions without any pressure to upsell. It's rare to find a shop that's this transparent and genuinely invested in keeping you informed rather than just running up a bill. Their communication was clear, the work was thorough, and I left with a much better understanding of my car's condition. I have a 2018 Model 3. I always thought there wasn't much maintenance needed other than replacing the tires, air filter and windshield wipers. But after watching some of EV auto repair videos on Instagram, I realized there was a lot more I should be checking. Every time I took my car to Tesla, I was told it could cost hundreds of dollars just to have them look at it. My battery warranty was almost up, and all I really wanted was to find out whether my battery had degraded below 70% and to have an overall inspection of the vehicle. Tesla wouldn't give me a clear price they basically told me it was billed by the hour and could potentially cost thousand of dollars. After seeing EV repair videos online, I looked this shop up and saw they they had outstanding reviews. I spoke with Tracey and she had me bring the car in. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. There was extensive work that needed to be done on the car after years of me neglecting some of the maintenance. I had the valve, rear drive unit, front suspension replaced and a lot of maintenance services. But now I feel like I have a brand new vehicle it drives so smoothly. I also had a big dent on the lower rear bumper and they pushed it out and only charged me a small amount for the rubber piece that was damaged. They also didn't charge me to run the battery test. This is a family owned, family friendly business, and you can tell the moment you walk into the shop. I couldn't be happier with the service and how my car drives now. I highly recommend them.

I was stranded at home when my Model X’s battery died. I didn’t want it towed to the Tesla repair shop, so I called EV for help. Tracy was super nice & agreed to come out the same day to my home to replace the battery. She is very knowledgeable about Teslas & their mechanical issues. Her dad, also very nice, replaced the battery within 30mins. Thank you for rescuing me! Highly recommend this family owned business for any of your Tesla repair needs. They even offer Tesla loaners while your car is being repaired.

I drove an hour away to get my car serviced here, and it was completely worth the drive! The entire repair team (Vik, Chris, and Tracy) was absolutely wonderful, communicative, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. They made the whole process completely stress free.
