I have purchased many parts from EV Parts Guy and they are the best for Tesla parts. They package the items well and the parts are always in good condition. Even though they are on the other side of the country I still prefer to buy from them because of their top-notch customer service. Buying batteries from across the country is an intimidating thing, but the effort to which EV Parts Guy went through to make sure that I got my batteries safely shipped to me has been incredibly reassuring. I've ordered online through EVParts, Peter does excellent work with customer service; he is very friendly, knows his field well, and wants to get you a fair deal. He is able to find you the part that is hard to find anywhere else. Though I am in Fresno and he is in New York, we were able to communicate clearly and get my order through.
